Will I be charged when my trial is up?
No. We don’t ask for your credit card upfront, so you’ll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. If you want to continue after your trial, we’ll then process payment with Stripe. If not — cancellation will be done automatically, no questions asked.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
When do I get billed?
Your credit card will be charged on the same day you activate your subscription. The charge will be based on your current subscription plan. Additional fee might occur if your total messages sent of the calendar month exceeds plan limit.
Can I cancel at any time?
Sure, simply drop us a message. There’s no minimum contract for Minerva — cancel at any time without penalty or hassle.
Do you charge any cancellation fees?
No. Minerva is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
I need more languages, team members & growth tools, can I have a customize plan?
Of course! Simply add new team member or another language in your account and voila! You may now enjoy unlocked features.

Yup, we do offer a Done-For-You Chatbot setup service. Please drop us a message in detail with your needs and we will get back to you at soonest possible. Projects typically start from RM 599.
